Pretty Palettes - July Reveal It's time for the July "Pretty Palettes" reveal!   Erin Prais-Hintz reports that on June 22nd there was a forecast that solar flares on the sun would produce some amazing nighttime light shows, commonly referred to as the Northern Lights or Aurora Borealis .  So our inspiration for the month of July is this beautiful photo captured by Norwegian photographer Frank Olsen . Here is the Bead Gallery® bead palette I chose for my Aurora fringe design.  All beads and supplies can be purchased at your local Michaels store . 10264577 - Citrine stone nuggets luster 10322266 - Hematite multi rectangle 2x4mm stone 10393347 - Multi luster hematite stone 10322268 - Hematite stone matte square 2x4mm  I love the luster of these beads.  They bring to mind what a nighttime Northern Lights show might look like. It's New Year's Eve 2014 and reveal day for the "Pretty Palettes" blog hop hosted by Halcraft, USA. Halcraft, USA Announces A New Line!

Bead Gallery Beads New Vintage Line As many of you know I am a designer for Halcraft, USA.  Halcraft is the supplier for all the fabulous Bead Gallery beads that line the walls at your local Michaels stores.   Recently, they just launched a new line inspired by vintage components.  I wanted to share with you a few of my designs with the hope that they will inspire you to visit your local Michaels. The above bracelet and necklace are entitled "Sparkle Blossoms".  These designs are perfect for the holidays. How about a little magic?  "Molly's Magic" necklace and bracelet were inspired by Molly Schaller a fellow designer at Halcraft.  She created a cool new technique that makes the beading wire appear to disappear as shown in my designs above.
